I am a real estate agent who handles business quickly and knows how to take excellent care of my clients, while making property transactions fun and enjoyable. I started my professional career in the fast-paced movie industry doing strategic planning and business development for Universal Pictures. I was known for listening, anticipating needs, and problem solving. My job was to ensure our partners and top executives had the right resources to make business run smoothly and efficiently. Building on that success I founded a consulting company, Adwater & Stirr, which I ran until moving to the Western Slope over twenty years ago. I wanted to be closer to family and soon fell in love with style of life Southwest Colorado has to offer. I began investing in real estate soon after arriving in the Montrose area, where I bought and renovated a few properties. I also started and ran a successful full-service salon which enabled me to develop long-standing relationships with a wide network of clients and business professionals. This means that not only can I provide you with excellent service, but I also have a lot of personal contacts that could be helpful for whatever your real estate needs may be.
